Uncle of
W.P. 'Bill' Richardson
Ralph was the third child and
third son of William Pallister Richardson and his wife
Esther.
He was born on the 22nd of November 1898 at the family
home in North View, Usworth.
Ralph was yet another baby who was born prematurely and
just wasn't big enough or strong enough to live. He died
30 minutes after being born. William Pallister
Richardson, yet again, registered a son's birth and
death on the same day.
Ralph was buried at Holy Trinity , Usworth on the
same day as he was both born and died, 22nd November
1898, his burial was recorded in the parish register and
was carried out by Alexander Begg, the Rector of Holy
Trinity.
