Richardson's Great Uncle, Thomas Richardson
Ada was born on
1st
November 1895, the fourth child of Thomas Richardson and
his wife Mary Eleanor (nee Purvis). Her birth was
registered in the first quarter of 1896 in the Chester
le Street Registration District. She was
baptised on 28th November 1895 and her baptism was
recorded in the Primitive Methodist Register for the
Jarrow Circuit. The family lived at New Washington and
her Dad was a Check-Weighman at the pit. Sadness
for the family when Ada died in July 1896, she was just
8 months old. She was buried at Holy
Trinity, Usworth on the 17th July 1896, the service was
performed by Alexander Begg. |
