William was born
in the second quarter of 1869 at Shawdon Woodhouse,
Northumberland. His parents were George Bolam and his
wife Jane (nee Turnbull) and his birth was registered in
the Alnwick Registration District.
He was recorded as one year old on the
1871 census. His Dad, George (44) was a farmer and his
Mam, Jane, was 33. William had two brothers, Robert (11)
and George (5). He also had two sisters, Mary (8) and
Catherine (3). William died in 1872, he
was two and a half years old and his death was
registered in the Alnwick Registration District, he was
buried at Alwinton Parish Church on 15th March 1872. |
